November 1, 200619 yr It may just be a matter of needing a refresh; after you empty the recycle bin go on to the desktop and press F5, see if that changes it.

November 1, 200619 yr maybe someone replaced the icon for empty with the same one as the full one? I doubt it. This happens to me every so often, never really let it bug me but for me it usually goes away after a a bit, honestly I don't even notice when it goes away. I guess when I restart, but I never really gave it all that much attention. ...
