Points for originality but...you need a lot of things...

- Blending

Try blending the render, smudging..low opacity using the eraser tool brushing...quick mask...there's plenty of other ways.

- Contrast

It's just 1 gloomy green overlay shade...try adding more colour...

- Depth

It's just flat...just that 'thing' missing...needs more of an angle, needs life.

- Flow

The signature needs to flow...not some filters/clouds slapped on with a render...let the brushes/c4d/render flow with everything else...

- Lighting

You really need to work on your lighting...try create a light source point and start shading over with a low opacity black brush and set the layer to Soft Light.

- Focal Point

When you look at the signature, you don't immediately look at anything really...you just see an image. To create a good focal point, try and bring the render towards everything else, make it stand out, but not so immensly it doesn't have good flow or over-contrasted.
