Unless you got 50+ Farming to plant some herbs. Otherwise you better go kill some chaos druids in edgeville dungeon. The quest Shades of Mort'ton may help you alot with leveling since with it you can do Serum 207 that gives 50xp when using tarromin with ashes.

Yes but you will also need Level 10 Slayer, 50 Firemaking, 50 Magic, 53 Thieving. Good agility level like 40+ would be handy too.

make sure you've completed those quest with herblore xp, like eadgar ruse and my arm.

You will need 43 prayer to complete it, and you could do with having mage a bit higher.
