does anyone know a good place for a lvl 58 non-member to train? i need to know

i suggest black knights at black night fortress, once those are easy try the lvl 45 skeletons near the dragonslayer dragon

Those are a little high for his combat level, you could use hill giants, but they're always crowded in f2p - try the hobgoblins by the crafting guild.

Lvl 45 Skeletons outside elvarg.

Id still say hill giants. Always crowded but very easy to kill and drop big bones so you also level your prayer!
