Hiya i am 36 range and i wish to level up to level 70. I am willing to spend time on leveling up so if anyone could help me by posting the best ways to level up then please do so.

if you can afford this - iron knives is the best till 99

 

 

 

small note about equipment: do RFD - barrows gloves are better than black vambraces

get 40 or 50 at hill giants under varrock, then go to ogre cage (biohazard quest) and range with bronze/iron arrows or iron knives.
