Okay, so, I have 56 construction and was wanting to get 60+. I already have 1.5k oak logs, and was wondering... What's the fastest way to turn them into planks and then use. I know theres the obvious walk to the lumberyard and pay 250gp ea, but what about the butler? How fast is he (the demon) how much do I pay him and how often do I pay him. The butler usually takes about 5 seconds to turn your logs into planks. He charges the normal amount that you would pay going to the sawmill yourself plus an additional 10k gp every 10 trips for his service fee.
