  1. I think that you're bodies nutrients are recycled back into the earth by detrivores, manly worms, centipedes, and other creatures that are vital to the continuation of life on earth.
  2. Hey Necro, don't know if you recognize me but I'm HappCow_inCA, well, just dropped by to put in my two bits. In this decision, I am going to have to strongly reccomend that you go with Monkfish for several reasons, accessibility, fishing, cooking, friendships, and money. 1. Accessibilty. It used to be a hassle to get there (having to go by grand tree) but now you can use the fairy ring (the one that goes to the hunting grounds) and be there in a jiffy, while it is still a hike to Shilo. 2. Fishing. While it is a little bit slower in exp (I think my top was 30k an hour) the good thing about Monks are ou can practically afk there, while at Shilo, you must always be looking to make sure you are still fishing. Also, quite often at Shilo you must walk all the way to the other side of the river (quite far actually) whereas at Monks, always very close. 3. Cooking. In comparison of Trout and Salmon to Monkfish, there is no comparison. Trout are so useless I usually drop, because they are just such a waste of time, with not really xp coming out of it, while with monks I can get about 110k xp an hour for cooking (with 97 cooking). Also, the fact that Monkfish heal 16, while Salmon heal 9 is also much more attractive to Monkfish. 4.Friendship. It has always been my experience that at Shilo it seems like people are there for one reason, and one reason only, fishing xp. However, quite often at Monks it is much more laid back, and I actually met three of my very good friends on the game at Monks, where as at Shilo it seems like the sentences are curt and it is much less fun to do (fish) 5. Money. The last bit of reason is the money. Salmon and Trout are worth nothing, Absolutely nothing. However, Monkfish sell for a very tidy sum, usually fetching around 250-300 each. This is very helpful since you are getting much better cooking xp already and money is always nice to have. So, those are my reasons, hope I help you. Ciao :D .
  3. You are quite wrong. Yew Long bows sell easily for 560 gp ea, sometimes 570 ea (if someone is desperate). Material cost for Long Bows Yew Log = 275-290 gp Bow String = 180-210 gp ea (optional: Flax= 100 gp ea) If you buy Yew logs and Bow string, you are making at least 60 gp - 105 gp PER BOW (note, you can cut and string 1k bows easily in one hour so making about 60 - 100k an hour) Of course, you can cut your own logs or spin your own flax, but these ways require ALOT of time, more than the actually fletching takes, so I'd say eat the 500gp and buy the yew logs and bowstrings. Hope That Helps :D
  4. Great guide, 10/10 Also, you might want to add in one thing and that is that you need to remember to bring your Seal of Passage in order to be able to get to mossies. Also, if you have lost your seal of passage, you can get another from the chieftain, however, he will not give you another if you have one in the bank =/
  5. Werewolf course is a waste of time, it gives less xp and takes longer to do than Ape Atoll, sure you might be having a little bit more fun doing werewolf, but wouldn't you mch rather get to your goal faster, and then in the time that you saved do something fun?
  6. The best mage armor for p2p is full infinity but that would be dumb and incredibly expensive, I'd say get full black mystic, infinity boots +gloves, wizard book and a staff, wizard ring + glory and god cape = +98 magic bonus Inifnity boots and gloves aren't neccessary but they look cool, so if you can't afford stick with mystic. Also, if you can't afford a seer's ring, a lunar ring gives +2 magic, while not great, it's something =/
  7. Just a comment, in the area where the Ruby butterflies are, just east of the area where everyone puts there traps to catch the birds, is a rock that is two space long and that goes north-south. on the north east corner of the rock is a butterfly spawn. It is extremely good xp, because you catch just sit there, catch the butterfly, and then release it just in time for the respawn. Only about 1/4 times will you not get the butterfly before it runs off, and then you have to chase it down, but once caught you need to run back for the respawn (and to make sure nobody else steals your spot) Using this spot I was able to go from 15 to 25 in perhaps 20 minutes. I'm not exactly sure if you know where it is, but if you are diligent you will find it, and it is GREAT xp.
  8. I was actually talking about the Ape Atoll course, because I've seen a few really high agility people (like 95) say that's where they'll be

Probably some fool trying to make a buck
  10. You're wrong, haven't you seen the movie with Wil Smith? I can't remember it's name but the machines almost took over (if it weren't for that badass Wil Smith we'd all be spare bolts and parts) Chinese people can NOT DRIVE!!!!!!
  11. When I'm skilling I usually like to wear everything for pure convenience. What I normally wear is brown apron (for instant access to crafting guild), frog prince pants (they match well with the apron), a glory (to be able to teleport several places), a duelling ring (to be able to teleport even more), boots of lightness (-4kg) and cooking gauntlets (incase I ever need to cook something) Hope that helps :).
  12. Hey, I was just wondering, because I was thinking about leveling my agility up a bit, is World 65 much like World 66 for Rc, but for agility, because I've seen that some pretty high lvl agility people like to go there so I was just wondering if it would be the best place to go.
  13. You could also just get a butler.. You end up paying about 350gp per plank instead of 250 but the entire process of changing into plank and then using it take around 10-15 secs.
  14. Okay, so, I have 56 construction and was wanting to get 60+. I already have 1.5k oak logs, and was wondering... What's the fastest way to turn them into planks and then use. I know theres the obvious walk to the lumberyard and pay 250gp ea, but what about the butler? How fast is he (the demon) how much do I pay him and how often do I pay him. How fast is he at getting me oak planks? Insight is very much appreciated :D
  15. I must say that fire obelisk is the best. The reasons. There is a grapple from the island to catherby. ALSO, to make things better, you can just bank and then use the OTHER grapple across White Wolf Mountain, and you are about 15 seconds of walking away from the Taverly Dungeon. To make it an even sweeter deal, there are agility short cuts there (I can only use the one to blue drags). The only thing you need to worry about is getting hit big time by the black drags, which is simple enough to solve by wearing an anti-dragon breath shield.

    Pineapples

Thats the place I'm talking about, but theres only 3 pineapples there? Is there no other place? Are there other pineapples in the area?
  17. Okay, so I'm trying to find the best place to pick pineapples and my friend tells me it's by the sandy penninsula. The problem is theres only three there and it's alot of running and still slow respawn. Can anyone tell me a better place to pick pineapple?
  18. Varrock IS closest. Yanille is closest in straight distance but you end up having to run in a U shape run, while Varrock you run straight in.
  19. Okay, me and my friend we're thinking of doing some serious rcing, (maybe to 75ish from 55) and we were wondering: is it faster to go to world 66 and have people run us laws, or would it be better to just rc nats (we can get just over 1k nats an hour). Also, how much faster is law running anyways? And how many people are there running laws usually? How many people there crafting laws usually? What's the difference in profit between rcing nats ourselves (about 200gp a rune) and rcing laws at world 66? Any input is greatly appreciated.
  20. Okay, the one thing I do have to say is about your #5 reason, which was quest items. First off, when was the last free quest released? Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it allllllll the way back when rs2 was first released (Rune Mysteries). Secondly, what free quests are there that actually have something useful to have to hold onto? Last time I checked, Earnest the Chicken didn't give me anything useful, neither did Prince Ali Rescue. The only quest I can really think of is Demon Slayer, which gives you Silverlight, which helps fighting demons. However, unless you're a complete idiot, you'll be able to wield rune weapons by the time you go against lesser/greater demons, and no matter what they say, rune weapons ARE better than silverlight. Thirdly, didn't Jagex specifically add onto the Old Wise Man of Draynor Village the ability to check your bank to see if you have any useless free quest items? That way, even if you are not completely sure of it, you can always ask him if something is useful or not. While yes, I sympathize with you and your convictions, I feel that the basis of your argument should only be four reasons as the fifth one is a very weak argument. While I'm not going to go and offend you by saying stuff like "You get what you pay for!" I do want to put out two ideas for you to chew on. 1. The Federal minimum wage in the United States (where the majority of "runescapians" live are) is around $5.25. That means that even if you are the most unskilled worker in the world, it will still take you less than an hour to pay for a month of membership. 2. With the addition of the Costume Room, if you were to become members, almost 1/2 of your argument would be void because you can store all costumes (as long as their full) in that one room. While yes, you have to be a member to enjoy this benefit, it is just one more incentive among MANY to become a member. And my final thought, how much really is $5.00? At McDonalds, it will buy you ONE meal. It will pay for 1/2 that ticket you bought to see Mission Impsossible 3. It will barely pay for that popcorn you bought at the movies also. And think about it, if Jagex was to improve Free-to-play, what would really be the incentive to become a member. ALSO, what do you think ends up paying for the technology and the work that would enable them to add 12 more spaces? Membership fees do. So why would they be spending membership money on improvements that aren't for members? I am not trying to yell at you or anything, I am trying to give a clear, logical explanation for the realistic outcome that will happen, and that is, that this will not happen I'm sorry to tell you.
  21. I like the guide, but could you include more information that I won't end up having to dig for. AKA, mining exp for each type of rock, crafting exp for each gem, average total exp for all 7 rocks and gems if done perfectly. That type of attention to detail is the difference between a guide in the forum and a AOW guide.
  22. Thanks you guys, I have 78k iron arrows on me, so I wa weighing the choices of going to Dust Devils or going to Fire Giants or maybe even going to Blue dragons.
  23. I don't mean to be rude but can people who ACTUALLY rather have done this or who actually have a dragon chain please give insight. Okay, so even today, after the prices have dropped enormously, Dragon Chain is still a just about 4 mill out of my price range. So, instead of spending months merching, I was wondering something. I read on the rs forums about this guy who got d-chain at Dust Devils after only 100ish kills. Now I know this guy was REALLY lucky, but I was wondering, how many Dust Devils does it take to get a D Chain? Even if it were in the couple thousands, I'd say it was probably worth it. Also, while yes i realize I need to get slayer up to 65 (currently 57) I was wondering what I should bring if I decided to go this route. Also, if anybody knows, what are the chances of Dragon Chain drop from KQ?
  24. However, considering you magic level, you might just want to Fire Wave it, though I'd still suggest you DDS it just to get those couple etra poison hits in.
