Training by using whip at pest control attacking portals.. possibly fletching or runecrafting 1 or 2 days a week for breaks.

you'd have to be non-stop at it but it's possible (maybe)

I'd say it's possible, but hard none the less. Anyway gaining new levels is always gaining new levels. :P

Yeah, I've heard level 80s getting to 126 in about 5 months since PC.
