I got a clue to the island next to gu'tanoth, and can't figure out how to get onto the bleeding island. any hints for a newb acceeding to the infinite wisdom of someone else?

To the southwest of Gu'tanoth there is a cave and if you enter it you end up on that island. Gl with your clue :D
