Racoonpolice
About a month ago my membership ran out because my moms credit card expired. Last night I tried renewing it with the new card and it just wouldn't take it. I looked and looked for typo's and found none. I have a feeling its because the card expired and Jagex sent me about 7 messages after it ran out that the card had "Insufficient Funds" I sent a query to Jagex last night but no answer so far. So has anyone had this problem? And if so, how did you fix this? Also pay by phone wont work because my dad has some weird thing about using it :? Abyssalwhip
one question... what? Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....
ndn3master
Is the credit card maxed out?
Racoonpolice
one question... what? Credits have an expiration date, my moms expired therefor is no longer good. However I think it messed up Jagex because they think I'm using a bad card. I wouldn't think its maxed out. My family doesn't have financial problems, and she uses it for alot of things. Jake_Corsair
Are you using the renew subscription or new subscription option? I'd say if you're using renew, that it might be like you said. Because the card expired. Try making a new subscription with your old character (and the new card) and see if that works. If you've already tried both then I'm all outta ideas..... #-o If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.[hide=My Stats][/hide]
