world 1 problem

Well recently i have not been able to log on into world 1 whenever i get a chance to instead of taking me to the log in screen it takes me to that the page could not be displayed page (you know that white one with all the writing) or when i get lucky i have enough time to type in my username before it transfer to that page.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

this has been going on for about 2 months now and its become very frustrating to sell items.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i know its not my firewall because i have tried turning it off to run rs but with no luck.

 

 

 

i have also tried switching internet browsers again no luck

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

any ideas on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I don't how to fix it but if you want to sell items go on these market place forums or the RS forums.

For once the help and adivice is the wrong forum to answer a question.Try the tech and computers forum.

 

 

 

The people that help you trouble shot hang out in that forum. Other than that i don't know how to help.

Is it just world 1, or all the worlds? Try clearing your java cache.

yes it is just world 1 and how do i clean it???

First ctry cleaning JAVA cache:

 

 

 

1. Go to control pannel

 

 

 

2. Double-Click on JAVA

 

 

 

3. in the section 'Temporary internet files' click delete files.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If that dosn't work try delete you internet cache.

 

 

 

for IE:

 

 

 

1. Click tools

 

 

 

2. click internet tools

 

 

 

3. Under 'temp. int. files' click delete files

 

 

 

and if that dosn't work try deleting the cookies from same place as step '3'. However if you can get into other worlds i would think its a JAVA problem.

thank you its fixed i cleaned the java thing and my temp files and now i can go in world 1\:D/ thank you very much
