November 19, 200619 yr I got a clue that said ICY FE, and the Tip.It site said Fycie, but I went where it said and I cant find it. I went down a cave south of Gu'Tannoth, ended up on an island, no Fycie. Help. EDIT: It also says north of npc Rantz.

November 19, 200619 yr You will see the sign of quest start where Rantz is (chompy bird hunting starts there. Near Rantz is a cave, eventually you will have to rotate screen to see it. Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)
