November 19, 200619 yr you need a quest hall and the required level. You also need a strung ammy of glory charged or uncharged and 2 teak planks i think. November 19, 200619 yr You also need the appropriate lvl, which is HIGHER than the lvl required fr the quest hall (around 55 i believe, might be wrong though)
November 19, 200619 yr I think it has to be uncharged, and its not 55 to put up, i have one and i got it at 50.
November 20, 200619 yr I beleive it's 44 to put up, not sure though. You need 2 teak planks and a strung uncharged ammy of glory ;) -Cheese Out
