Great idea. You could expand it by finding the best cost per shard, with different pouches.Then because you have to have +9 the pouches level to trade it in, you could do best price per shard for different summoning level ranges. Even though you don't have the level, it's a simple calculation. Just an idea on how to expand the guide.

I believe u do need 30 mining or something like that to mine pure essence in order to craft that into natures, regular essence wont do. I wish i had the mining and fletching requirements to do it myself...

I was going to fletch my 10k maples for that, that way id get fletching exp and make some money off my kingdom. Not everyone was scamming people out of their money. Not everyone understands how hard it is to sell 10k maples.

Then range goblins from behind the fence east of lumbridge. 5-20 switch to oak shortbow Go to varrock bow shop and buy bronze arrows and a oak short bow there Go east of lumbridge their will be a cow field go behind the fence and range cows 8hp. 20-30 switch to willow short bow and if you have enough money switch to iron arrows. Go to falador then head north east intill u see dwarfs go behind the fences and range the dwarfs. l30-40 maple shortbow go inside the volcano on karamja their will be skeletons to range but no safe spot (they hit realy low) if u are a range pure and are a low lvl then I would go to kill hill giants. 40-65 green dragon hide and if money robin hood gear steel arrows This is when things get fun.I would go kill mossies north of Ardounge hide behind rocks and kill them.Or kill pyrefiends (need 30 slayer)At 50 get blue dragon hide 65-70 Red dragon hide mithril arrows I would kill blue dragons in heroes guild or orge cave.In heroes guild go to the back of the cage where the blue dragon cant hurt you.Or if your lvl 70+ you could do pest control which is realy good range xp. Good guide. Could use some pictures and a little material but very good. I've been a defender and am almost at level 5 and I only picked it because first day it was in high demand and still is. Your tips are very good. The only issue I have is that you say to wait at the horn of glory for a low level. THe only problem I have with that is that on the queen the runners seem to get stukc very easily behind the mushrooms and such. Maybe this could be just me but it would be helpful to mention.

Come on people just stop criticizing and answer the question. The answer to your question is probably for you is a combo of rune armor and after you do some quests more stuff will open up like dragon weapons and freminik helms and such. don't use guthans for standard combat only for certain things. Hope that helps a bit more.

I know a lot of people hate defenders, I am a level 4 defender and its one of the harder jobs. The hardest being the healer in some of the later rounds. Even though they spell it out for you what to do it still is not to easy because the runners can be ignore the food for some reason and on the queen get stuck behind mushrooms. But like every position sometimes people don't call out and thats why when I heard this was team base just thought o no.

Ok sure ss is nice and all. But ive been using the rs client for a year now. It's not that big of a deal. You will just have to play like everybody else does. What im saying is stop wasting your time complaining and just accept it.

Well I tried to use stew to get crafting up but the guy that you start the quest at wouldn't let me do it so i think you need to get 60 mining for the quest. (luckily in my f2p days i got mining to around 68 :D )
