November 21, 200619 yr well... in simple they are gems, when they are "uncut" you need a chisel and a certian crafting level to cut them. then you will have a saphire... they can be used to make saphire rings or ammulets, they are usefull in the tears of guthix quest. as for prices...... in shops when they are actually in stock and uncut, they cost about 25gp but player prices (which are way to high) are around 100-300gp each now.... anything i missed? So some players hope to raise their crafting level by offering to cut other players' gems. they can be used to make saphire rings or ammulets, they are usefull in the tears of guthix quest. If a player enchants a sapphire amulet then it becomes an Amulet of Magic. as for prices...... in shops when they are actually in stock and uncut, they cost about 25gp but player prices (which are way to high) are around 100-300gp each now.... anything i missed? You can get sapphires and most other gems from mining. Finally, there's a free Sapphire spawn point in the deep central wildy by the Giant Spider Mound. Hope this helps

November 21, 200619 yr So it isnt nothing that in a mini game a guy dropped 5 sapphires? Well, I would be pleased because I could get a bit of free crafting exp turning them into ammies of magic. After that, I would probably just give them away to non-noobs.
