I think there used to be a jail of some sorts and these were purchased outside of it.

It was a place back in rsc where they used to send scammers and they were to be left their forever. However, people made accounts specifically for getting in there and it was taken out soon after. The disc was bought for 5gp from a dwarf somewhere. (forgot exactly) And the disk doesn't go anywhere anymore. And it looks like a blue sprinkle donut.

sounds awesome. why would people create acc to be in there? was it cool? any pictures?

It was just a big room with nothing in it..nothing special but people liked having an accoutn stuck in it for some reason...(I use to have a pic of andrew inside of it and the scammers freaking out(I'll try to find))

no you mistunderstood the black hole dosent exist anymore anyone sent there are now normally banned and the jmod was there back when they still had it he ment..

12gp actually.... oh i thought i was a donut... no wonder i had extreme diarrhea on the toilet in the black hole

also there was a historical event where 30 or so players when they got the ring from the dwarf they dropped it as soon as they clicked to go into the blk whole and there chars where perm bandded

The disck of returning was used in the "blac hole experience". THis was in the fally mines, you payed like 10gp for the disk of return and you were put in a black hole. when you wanted to get out you used the disk of returning. Some people teleported out and kept the disk.
