November 26, 200619 yr I think that Jagex should change the look of the capes in the game like they did the wizard hats. It would be a very minor change, but I think it would be cool. They should change the capes so that the capes either cover up the shoulders of your armor, or come out from under your shoulders as well. If you are wearing no armor, mage armor, or ranging armor, the cape would just come out from over your shoulders. This would make the capes bigger and look cooler in my opinion. Please don't spam, tell me if you support or not, and please make any suggestions to my idea
