November 28, 200619 yr Whenever I want want to train mage I generally just fight monsters where there are safe spots. Blue dragons are my personal favorite. The other option that I've used once is to buy a bunch of laws and cast a teleport spell a bunch. You can use Tip.it's Magic Caculator or Magic Planner to help.

Blue dragons, so good, great moohlah maker. Casting tele? What a waste of money.... I would use Satenza's lower lvl guide to barrows and d that. You'll never have to buy runes again. I've done about 300+ runs with the same 1k deaths and 4k minds I started with. Or, at lest kill something profitable. That way you can raise the best skill in the game, and make money. I have all the 99s, and have been playing since 2001.
