while i was browsing the forums a site called RSMine appeared without me clicking a link or banner, explanantion or anyone who this had happened to?

You have a virus (most likely)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

or...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's a website popup.

It could be that you have pop-up software that installed onto your computer along with other stuff that you are doing. These could read what kind of site you are browsing and bring up things that are related to it as pop-ups.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I would virus scan the computer or look through for "suspicious" programs

Are you sure you didn't click a link or banner. I believe i have seen that website dispaled on this forum before. If you are sure you did not click on the link, you should idmentily do a virus scan.
