if u alc notes do u get the xp from each individual item? or just 1 note?

I think you got it wrong because if you high alch a pile of notes, you high alch 1 note at a time, not the whole pile at once. So you get xp for each seperate note you high alch.

You need to alach one at a time. Also you get the same money, when you alach the note, instead of the item.
