New Siggy Request

I was looking for a sig with a blue background with Mr EmfluM in the middle i want the background to be blue with nice effects but i also want there to be 99 cooking flashing in and out with a pic of the 99 cooking skill cape (pic:) ( I only want the middle (trimmed) cape to be used (not the hood or non trimmed cape) thankx)I also want in another corner of the picture to also be flashing in and out is 111+ combat 1700+ total and 83+ slayer

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

if this isn't possible could i hear other sugestions or see any other ideas thankx :)
