I looked at offences it said Legacy Offence i can't appeal because there is a new offence history thing

This type of offense will have been committed a long time ago on Jagex's old system. Unfortunately these can no longer be appealed with the introduction of the new system.

I only have 1 but it gave me 10 black marks... :-k
