ok, so i bought some shade robes, and when i try to "operate" them, it tells me there is no way i can operate this item... am i wrong in thinking that shade robes make you look transparent? if i am correct, what do i need to do in order for them to work? am i missing a piece to the outfit?

The ghostly robes make you look transparant. They can be obtained in P2P when you obtain the ring of visiblility (in the desert treasure quest). There is a nice guide about them here on tip.it.

well dang... i hate being wrong... but thanks for the reply. i hate not having money for membership.

Shade robes in f2p only give you decent prayer bonus. Also every item on the list of amour says operate. A recent new item for p2p need the operate button(not sure which one) and it was easier for jagax to appalie the button to every item, instead of the three to four they really needed them on.
