Each part can be found on each of the four floors in the stronghold of security. You have to fight minotaurs, fleshcrawlers, catlebepons (sp?) and ankou for them. Combined they supply the skull sceptre, that gives you 4 (I think) teleports to the barbarian village before it disintegrates. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
