What a contradiction, you say he flames but yet, you turn around and tell him to grow up. Very odd but this isn't a flaming board so if we're not gonna help you, don't post unless it relates to the topic..... Now to the topic at hand.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I believe to feather a picture into another you select the layer and up at the top it says Layer and has an input box and you enter a number there.
