i know it gives u a -4 kg in ur weight, but the question is how do i get it or which quest must i complete before i can wear or buy it

You get it during the Temple of Ikov quest, but I don't think you have to actually be doing it to get them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Go to the dungeon south of the Ranger guild with a lit candle and a weapon with slash. Go down the stairs there, and cut the spiderweb that is blocking them.
