i have recentley gottena clue scroll from a blue dragon and i looked on tip it locater an di kno were it is but there is a bridge with a gap in it i have tried planks and nail nuthing i tried to jump it nufin it is down from castle wars near the ogers and (!) in the middle and i am wondering if it is a quest i need 2 do? if my desciption is not good enuf i will give u the co-ordants
