I have to clap on the top of the windmill north of east ardougne..

 

 

 

I have to wear; HAM robe bottom, Blue gnome shirt and a unenchanted tiara.

 

 

 

Im wearing the light blue top which I had bought in The Grand Tree shop, wearing a normal tiara which I bought in a shop in al-kharid and I'm wearing a HAM robe bottom which I had pickpocket from a HAM member.
