I want to use it for slayer, so I dont have to return to slayer master each time. or if you have other suggestions for not having to return to slayer masters..

Well, if your talking about talking with slayer masters. You can go to any slayer master and buy a slayer gem which costs 1gp. Or, if you have lunar magic you can cast a spell which allows you to contact at least 8 NPC's from anywhere.
