By far, Lletya has closest flax to bank ratio. But the spinning wheel is located avergage distance to the bank/flax. Would fastest place to spin the flax be in Lumbridge castle? Which spinning wheel is closest to a bank?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Seer Village is one option but the spinning wheel is upstairs and you have to open door to house quite often.
