Problem with Credit Card Membership - Desperate!

(moved from Bug forum) I've been trying to upgrade to Membership by Visa/Master Card. Everytime I fill out the form involving name, address, etc. and submit it, the resulting screen appears blank. I've discovered by copy-and-paste that the next screen IS in fact there, but I cannot click the Continue button because the actual screen appears blank. Is this a Runescape glitch, or a problem with my computer? This has never happened with any other submission screen.

Do you have a slow internet connection or computer? Is java disabled?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If the answer is no to both of those then I can't help you :-s
