Candle Lantern you need lvl 4 Firemaking and Crafting lvl 19

 

 

 

Oil Lamp lvl Firemaking 12 and Crafting 25.

 

 

 

Oil Lantern Lvl 26 and Smithing lvl 26 for Iron

 

 

 

Bullseye Lvl 49 and smithing lvl 49
