Its the private chat which i guess you have in red.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the options theres an option to split the normal chat from the private chat, try it out.

Just go under your settings interface. You can place Private chat seperate from Public chat so its easier to read. Set "Split Private Chat" to on.
