Yes, you are right, dd means dragon dagger and the s means super poison - and this was the name of the item for a long time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then jagex decided to change names of the poisons. The strongest poison is now called poison++, with means the correct name for the dragon dagger with the best poison is dd++
