Where do you buy the gnome hats and how much? Also, can you buy a god cape from another player and wear it without doing the mage arena?

Gnome hats are purchasable from the Gnome Stronghold, on the second floor. Just go to where the king is, up a flight, and then north east. You'll see it. There not much... I think around 600 or so per article of clothing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And you have to do the Mage Arena to get the God Capes.. I'm pretty sure.

you have to mage arena but if you can affored a lot of fire blasts a few p pots and 37+ prayer you should do fine
