I now use Camtasia studio because with hyper cam the speed was either too high or too low. But with Camtasia i lag like hell so i wanna use HC.

Just set it to whatever your computer can handle. If it doesn't give you anything reasonable, lower the settings.

Just mess with the settings and see what your computer can do. You may not be able to record at the greatest quality, but pick settings that'll give you the best quality possible.
