That is on the road up to Rellekka from Seers Village. Just look for when the road bends like that, and then there's like, an oak tree and a bunch of normal little trees, and you dig there.... I did that one yesterday, hope this helps.

could you post a picture of yourself near that area? its kinda hard to see
