It would depend on wether your F2P or P2P.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

F2P:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. minotaurs or fleshcrawlers in the SOS. both are excellent exp and minotaurs drop tons of iron arrows, and require little food. FAST TO MEDIUM

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

P2P:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Pest control is the best exp in the game, try to join a good clan and you can get tons of exp. FASTEST

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. If your unable to join a good clan or find pest control to tedious Rock Crabs and Experiments are the next best exp. FAST

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. You could also just go with training slayer and go kill whatever your slayer master tells you to. MEDIUM TO SLOW
