As a guy who trains on them constantly, I would know. They're in the graves BY his castle. Push them open until you find the entrance...

look up the quest, it tells you where they are and how to get them - probably the easiest way to find out.

u'll need to start the frankenstein quest. you only need to compleet a part of the quest to gain acces to the dungeon whit the creatur's.
