7/10. Nice line work, it lacks shading on characters and some more details. The bg looks a little bare.

umm kinda look a bit plain, mabye fix the party hats on the ground if they are party hats lol make them look more realistic and the guy in the blue shirt has a fat arm..and i cant read the writing..
