January 15, 200719 yr I'd maybe suggest the Hobogoblins West of the Crafting Guild. You can range them from the other side of the peninsular, so they won't be able to touch you.
January 15, 200719 yr Slayer tasks will get your combat levels up nicely. Or train at rock crabs or experiments.
