how do you people make your games? like what program do you use? and where did you learn, i just want to know, i would like to try to make my own someday, so if you could, i would really apprectiate it if you could tell me how/wat/and other stuff you do to make games

Programs where you just click some buttons, enter some numbers, choose some premade sprites, and you got yourself a game, no programming involved..

Yes thats it.. Gamemaker is mainly for 2d games, unless you get the full version, which has 3d options, or whatever, something like that I read on the site..
