January 21, 200719 yr Construction and "Cost Effective" hardly go together in the same sense.... 1. Go get -alot- of limestone, mine it, cut it, bank it. Or, buy it in Mor'ton, bank it in Burgh de Rott. Make fountain thingies. - No cost/nearly no cost. 2. Next cheapest method - Planks - Pain in the rump. 3. My opinion... cut oaks, get them made into oak planks, costs alil more, but likely won't "kill you" getting from 30-50. A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.
