heymrdj Posted January 23, 2007 Share Posted January 23, 2007 I just recently completed the Mage arena Mini Game (stupid pkers made that take way too long) and made myself Guthix. I did the 100 spell thing and unlocked it so I can use Guthix Claws outside the arena. From the quest I still have 210 bloods left over. So I'm wondering which spell is better to train with (I'm getting to 96 btw). (I'm currently 64 mage now). Option 1: Use Guthix Claws on moss giants, which I could fire 105 of. Option 2: Use Wind Waves on moss giants, which I could fire 210 of, but I fail a bit more often then the claws. Option 3: Use the 50,000 mind runes I have on moss giants to get to 76 or 77 mage, and then use Fire Waves with the blood runes. So what do you guys think? Lunar Mage at 65 mage, 71 combat. Just wanted to check since I hit so much higher and so much more often using Guthix Claws rather then Wind Wave and the like. I'll go through the 50,000 fire strikes first.
