hah i love the idea on the 2nd one. although your 1st one is alot better than it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your shading is way too jummpy between shades. you should have it so you notice no change, just it getting slightly darker, plus i think ur shading on the grass is a bit wrong on the 2nd one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

also, try and work on adding more stuff, and the 2nd sig still needs a bunch of work. Shade the trees and give them texture, and don't make the grass texture so random.

the first one ii'd give aout 8/10 ... the second oen 6/10 ... not much doen there ... u need to add shaiding on the second one.
