Here is my problem

I have been killing blue drags for clue scroll. I have gotten about 25 from them. And all the rewards have been great. The worst i have got is a magic short bow, rune plate n rune leg

I have just changed to hell hounds for clue. I have gotten 4 from then so far and all of them have been crap. And i mean crap. Purple sweets, 2k gold and a magic long bow. And that is my best.

Now i know some of you will flame me but i just want convincing from the pro treasure trailers. Do monsters which drop the clue scroll affect the reward?

thanks and dont flame me. :P

The monsters which drop the scroll don't affect the reward at all, only the level of the scroll. You're just having bad luck.
