what are clans for and how do i join them?

people join clans to go into the wilderness and kill lots of people. lots of fun... if you can find people. the occasional clan war can be exciting too.

Clans could also be used for a joining together of people for a common theme, such as a specific skill etc, and they sometimes have fun events and parties. Most clans are combat based though. To join a clan, find the clan's website through another player who invites you to join or look it up in the clan directory. I believe there is a clan directory here on the tip it forums.

Most "good" clans require level 90+ combat to enter, some will have a level 60-90 clan to where you "grow" into the major clan (I.E. you reach the minimum combat requirement and are now in the major clan)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are also skilling clans, which of course... work on skills \

anyone know a good mage clan i can join?im lvl 61 aand have lvl 47 magic(soon to be lvl 60 =P).

47 magic probably wont cut it these days. With a lot of ppl using ancients, it'll probably take at least 60, maybe 70 to get into a clan with your mage.
