is there any way of getting a dragon axe handel???

Buy it from other players or buy a Dragon axe and cut until the head falls off.

Actually the handle of regular axes will "change" to a dragon handle (and vice versa) when attached with another axe head. So you can buy a bronze axe and cut it till the head falls off, then put a dragon axehead on it.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.
