I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

it's a random amount so 3 doses will be up to or minus 6. could only boost you 1 or drop you 4.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.
