need help with clue

i hav a lvl 2 clue that reads "Dance a jig under shantay's awning. Bow before you talk to me. Equip a pointed blue snail helm, an air staff and a bronze square shield." I am confuused about the helm and shantay's awning and don't know which is stuffing me up. I hav two helms both called bruize blue snail helm and have tryed both under the shantay's pass unsuccessfully. I have searched but can't find anywhere called shantay's awning or a helm called pointed blue snail helm. Can anyone help me? :?

I can tell you the shantay's awning is where you buy tickets to go through the shantay pass south of Al Kharid.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As far as the snail helms, I don't think the light blue one works. The road to Morton is where to get snelms.
